Architektur für lebenswerte Städte
Architecture for liveable Cities
No matter how simple it may sound: The benchmark and the starting point of architecture are us, the people. We absorb our built environment with our senses and use the city with our physical and social abilities (and limitations). Whenever planning is intentionally focused on human beings, it creates vitality, liveability and usability, it provides for retreat and community while creating diversity and identity, in short: it increases the quality of life. Particularly critical for the stability and the positive development of our cities is the benchmark used in planning public spaces, the people.
